What is RTT

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a super therapy developed in over thirty years by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bring unparalleled results in one to three sessions. It is effective, rapid and transformative as it gets to the root cause of the issue you want to resolve!

I will always be grateful for going through a negative spiraling time, because that time in my life, feeling hurt and betrayed, motivated me to find a solution, motivated me to overcome it. This is how I stumbled upon Marisa’s You Tube videos (whom I’ve known for years) where she was talking about RTT school. I knew in an instant I had to learn everything I could from this brilliant woman, so without telling anyone, I enrolled in the school and started the training under her expert guidance. By the end of that year, spending countless hours studying, watching study cases, reading, watching her doing “The Magic”, I got certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy. Proud to be a RTT Practitioner and Associate and a Hypnotist (Certified Hypnotherapist).

It was the best professional training and in so many ways the greatest personal decision I’ve ever made.

What is Hypnosis?

I am sure you’ve heard a lot of stories about this topic. Hypnosis is quite real and is actually a very natural state of mind you go in and out of on a regular basis. When you are lost in thought, you are in a state of trance. This is similar to the one you experience under hypnosis. 

For some people, hypnosis feels like daydreaming. By helping you access this trance-like state, hypnosis helps you move beyond your conscious “thinking” mind into the subconscious, which is where the magic happens. The subconscious can only be accessed by passing the conscious mind (which is also known as the intellectual mind).

The conscious mind is the mind of choice, of decision making, of logic and reason.

The subconscious mind is the emotional mind. It does not make judgments or reason like the conscious mind does it’s also called the habitual mind because there ARE ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT RUN YOU. It accepts everything regardless it is useful or not, good or bad, right or wrong for you.

DID YOU KNOW THAT 95% OF OUR BEHAVIOR IS HABITUAL? It seems that the programs are running human beings most of the time and we are not even aware of it! Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between reality and imagination. This is a highly suggestible part of the mind that takes things very literally. 

Most of your habitual thought and behavioral patterns, as well as your beliefs, are stored in the subconscious mind.

This is why it can be difficult to consciously get rid of an old limiting belief or habit and install a new empowering one.


So, how can hypnosis help you make changes that stick?

Hypnosis helps you get into a trance-like state and access the subconscious mind. In this state, you are able to work on the deeply rooted causes of your personal issues.
