Hypnotherapy, also called hypnosis, is a therapeutic treatment which uses methods such as guided relaxation, imagery, suggestions, and intense focus to tap into the power of the unconscious mind and inspire healing. (

Most people describe it as a state of deep relaxation of the body, but focus awareness of the mind, clarity. The experience feels different for different people.  Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working. I promise.

No! That’s an old “fishermen’s tale”. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave (I’ve had clients who had to stop to go to the toilet!). If the session gets interrupted by an internet drop, (sessions are online -on Zoom and our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.)

No! You are in charge! (that’s stage hypnosis- stage hypnotists are talented entertainers, but there’s a big gap between therapeutic hypnotherapy and stage hypnosis.  Stage hypnosis depends on several tricks and techniques for its entertainment value).  

You cannot be made to do anything you do not want to! You can even put yourself in hypnosis self hypnosis is a very helpful tool to set yourself up for success in different situations and it’s a natural state.

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way (most of the times it’s not even what you thought it was). Since your mind is “a meaning making machine”, you give meaning to every event you live. The question is: at what age? with what mind? the mind of a scared child? of an anxious teenager? During the session you get to look at that event with your present mind.

Remember: if you did know the real reason behind your issue, you probably would have fixed it by now.

Everyone is different and depending on how deeply you work, you might come out of your session bouncing out of your skin with excitement or you may feel a sense of reflection or wonder. You may continue to discover even more about yourself & your programming post session. Whether you feel excited or reflective, you will always get a sense of understanding, freedom and empowerment after the session.

Absolutely. All clients are assured of confidentiality about any disclosed material, in accordance with professional codes of ethics and gdpr.

Online Sessions are equally as effective as face to face. You have the comfort of your own home, no traffic jam! Currently I use Zoom, it is reliable, easy and free for you. All instructions are provided.

Through RTT you get to the root cause of your behavior, thoughts, worries, feelings and actions, saving you hours even years in talk therapy, searching for the source. The source of our issues are usually based on an age-appropriate understandings. When you’re able to observe yourself and these understandings with your adult understanding and compassion, it’s relatively easy to let them go and move onto coding in, wiring in, installing new beliefs that will help you move forward, change and access the power within you.

Sometimes it can take more than one session but as a rule most issues only take one session. I don’t want to waste my time or yours which is why I treat this way.

*Please note long term depression & anxiety and weight issues can take several sessions as they have several layers that need to be dismantled.

There are three types of change – every person is different:

Immediate, instant result: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors even during the session.

Cumulative (bit by bit): You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. You notice that you react different, you are aware of your thoughts, you can shift them immediately from negative to positive.

Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away but after a while, when you look back of how you used to think, feel and react, you are able to see the things that are different in your life.

You may experience a combination of the three.

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is. It is the onion effect: you peal off one layer after the other.
